  2. i. Proposal for Oil Palm Estate in Ibarapa, Oyo North, Oyo State submitted to Engr. Gbadamosi. This technical report involved technical frame works of the oil palm plantation, nursery bed, field bulldozing, field surveying, plotting road networking, farm house technical details, ranging, marking-out with pegging and lining, transplanting, field maintenance, field cultivation and weeding equipment, oil palm mill equipment design and recommendation, with all technical detail drawings, financial analysis involving budgeting and projection for first 10 years of operations (2017).

 

  1. Proposal for design and construction of 5.0 ton/day charcoal briquette plant for Still Morris Consults Limited, Omu –Aran, Kwara State, Nigeria. The proposal includes process flow chart, recipe formulation, engineering design detail which consists of industrial hammer mill, starch gelatinizing tank, composite mixer, briquette extruder and tunnel drier and pneumatic rapping machine for packaging, cost of manufacturing of all plant equipment, plant layout and plant installation and commissioning. Briquetting of charcoal is the process of converting the low density pulverized carbonaceous matter from the biomass material to high density and energy concentrated charcoal briquettes often with cassava starch, sodium nitrate, sodium borate, calcium carbonate/whiting. These recipes were processed using developed crusher, mixer, extruder and tunnel drier (2018)

 

iii. Technical Manual for Cashew Apple Juice Processing Plant submitted to Omo Ogbomoso in Diaspora, through Prof. Abel Afon. This technical manual consist of product definition, production process stages from harvesting to storage, plant requirement, plant flow chart and layout, good manufacturing practices and raw material handling (2019).

 

  1. Proposal for design and construction of cassava tuber peels processing plant. Divine Feeds Nigeria Limited owned by Pharmacists Chike Ihekwere, Ogba, Lagos. Cassava peels generate a lot of solid waste, which, if not properly managed, can lead to environmental pollution. This plant converts one tonne of high quality cassava peel (HQCP) mash from three tonnes of wet peels. The mash was dried into flour as substitute to carbohydrate source for animal feeds formulation (Poultry and pigs). It consists of washer, grater, hydraulic presser, shaker and plate drier (2018).

 

  1. Proposal to Ekiti State Government, Ekiti State, Nigeria; Titled: University and Government Collaboration through Utilization of Patented Technologies for Infrastructural, Industrial, Agricultural and Rural Development of Ekiti State, 2019.

 

  1. Development of Hermetic Rice Paddy Parboiling Processing Unit Operation for Small and Medium -Scales Rice Processors in Nigeria submitted to Tetfund National Research Grants for 2019 Concept Note. The indigenous rice processing plants in Nigeria are yet parboiling paddy under atmospheric condition which is highly crude and unscientific. The patented boiler has potential of parboiling paddy effectively by synchronizing hermetical pressure vessel to the boiler with calibrated instrumentation and control.

 

vii. Development of small-scale indigenous thermal power plant (50 kW) for off-grid electrification in Nigeria, submitted to Tetfund National Research Grants for 2020 Concept Note. It is a concept based on upgrading of the existing thermal power plant developed and evaluated in 2019 as the outcome of M.Sc research project in collaboration with Mechanical Engineering department.

 

viii. Development of a synchronized rice processing mill for industrial use in Nigeria, submitted to Tetfund National Research Grants for 2020 Concept Note. It is a concept of eliminating un-homogenous heat transfer during paddy rice parboiling process and to synchronize all unit operations together as an indigenous rice processing plant.
